Ready to gear up and grab those gloves?  12 Round Fitness is all about boxing and strength training with 12 x 3-minute rounds.  The idea is to complete a different full body workout every day in under 45 minutes.  12 Round Fitness was established with the methodology of using a combination of boxing skills, drills, high-impact and functional strength training.  Their ultimate goal is to maintain a strong standard of health and fitness and preserve physical and mental health long-term.  Come in and experience the 12RND sessions with highly skilled coaches.
